The EEST PhD course refers to the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers published by the European Commission.

The PhD Coordinator, the PhD Board, and the supervisors ensure that all the PhD students are aware of their role of researchers in the early stage of their career.

A bugdet of 6.000 Euros (unless otherwise stated) is available as a support for the research activities of the PhD students in Italy and abroad (UniCa PhD rules: art 11, c. 10). The budget is provided by the supervisors, cosupervisors or Departments of affiliation.
