Requests for authorization from the PhD Faculty

To send a request to the PhD Faculty, you must use the following email address: pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it. This address must be used only in cases specified below. After a decision has been made the Administrative office will communicate to the applicant the acceptance or rejection of the request.

Requests regarding the Phd other than those mentioned must be forwarded to dottoratiemaster@unica.it.

Tutoring activities: fill this form and send it to pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it indicating “SURNAME_NAME_TUTORING” in the subject line. The Department’s Administrative office will communicate directly the authorization to the Dean’s Office.
Attendance at conferences, seminars and summer schools: fill this form and send it to pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it indicating “SURNAME_NAME_CONFERENCE” in the subject line. Once the authorization has been obtained from the PhD Faculty, if the activity does not take place in Cagliari, the request must also be completed on STARTS (https://starts.unica.it/it/user/login) selecting the “missioni” form and indicating your Supervisor as “responsabile fondi”.
Studying abroad (visiting period): fill this form and send it to pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.itindicating “SURNAME_NAME_VISITING” in the subject line. Once the authorization has been obtained from the PhD Faculty the request must also be completed on STARTS (https://starts.unica.it/it/user/login) selecting the “missioni” form and indicating your Supervisor as “responsabile fondi”. Furthermore, it will be necessary to fill this form (https://web.unica.it/unica/it/attivita_estero.page) and send it to dottoratiemaster@unica.it.
Working activity: fill in the this form and send it to pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it indicating “SURNAME_NAME_WORK” in the subject line.

Doctor Europaeus: fill in the form at https://web.unica.it/unica/it/doctor_europaeus.page following the instructions provided by “Dottorati e Master” and send a copy to pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it indicating “SURNAME_NAME_DOCTOREUROPAEUS” in the subject line.
Co-supervision of the PhD thesis: fill in the form at the link https://web.unica.it/unica/it/cotutela.page following the instructions provided by “Dottorati e Master” and send a copy to pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it indicating “SURNAME_NAME_CO-DIRECTION” in the subject line.
Suspension due to illness or maternity: fill in the form at the link https://web.unica.it/unica/it/studenti_s01_ss05_sss04.page following the instructions provided by “Dottorati e Master” and send a copy to pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it indicating “SURNAME_NAME_ILLNESS” or “SURNAME_NAME_MATERNITY” in the subjects line.
