This address must be used only in cases specified below. After a decision has been made the Administrative office will communicate to the applicant the acceptance or rejection of the request.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Requests regarding the Phd other than those mentioned must be forwarded to <a href=\"mailto:doctoratiemaster@unica.it\">dottoratiemaster@unica.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Tutoring activities<\/strong>: fill this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dottorati.unica.it\/sea\/files\/2025\/04\/ENG-Authorization-request-form_tutoring-1.docx\">form<\/a><\/strong> and send it to <a href=\"mailto:pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it\">pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it<\/a> indicating \u201cSURNAME_NAME_TUTORING\u201d in the subject line. The Department&#8217;s Administrative office will communicate directly the authorization to the Dean&#8217;s Office.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Attendance at conferences, seminars and summer schools<\/strong>: fill this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dottorati.unica.it\/sea\/files\/2025\/04\/ENG-Authorization-request-form_seminars_conferences_etc-1.docx\">form<\/a><\/strong> and send it to <a href=\"mailto:pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it\">pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it<\/a> indicating \u201cSURNAME_NAME_CONFERENCE\u201d in the subject line. Once the authorization has been obtained from the PhD Faculty, if the activity does not take place in Cagliari, the request must also be completed on STARTS (<a href=\"https:\/\/starts.unica.it\/it\/user\/login\">https:\/\/starts.unica.it\/it\/user\/login<\/a>) selecting the &#8220;missioni&#8221; form and indicating your Supervisor as &#8220;responsabile fondi&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Studying abroad (visiting period)<\/strong>: fill this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dottorati.unica.it\/sea\/files\/2025\/04\/ENG-Authorization-request-form_visiting-period-abroad-1.docx\">form<\/a><\/strong> and send it to <a href=\"mailto:pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it\">pratiche_dottorato_sea@unica.it<\/a>indicating \u201cSURNAME_NAME_VISITING\u201d in the subject line. Once the authorization has been obtained from the PhD Faculty the\u00a0request must also be completed on STARTS (<a href=\"https:\/\/starts.unica.it\/it\/user\/login\">https:\/\/starts.unica.it\/it\/user\/login<\/a>) selecting the &#8220;missioni&#8221; form and indicating your Supervisor as &#8220;responsabile fondi&#8221;.
