It will then cover the basic tools for analysis before presenting the main regression models:<br \/>\n(a) compositional data as a predictor;<br \/>\n(b) compositional data as a response variable;<br \/>\n(c) compositional data as both predictor and response.<\/p>\n<p>All topics will be explored through hands-on lab sessions in R using real data and simulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outline<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lecture 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Introduction to Compositional Data Analysis. ALR, ILR, and CLR Transformations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lecture 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Descriptive Analysis in the Simplex.
